SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS

 

SHIPPING METHOD

We use following courier services :

  • Domestic: Lion ParcelJNE

  • International countries : International Courier

Domestic Orders: Please allow up to 1 - 5 working days for shipping depending on the destination cities (Certain distant cities might added more days).

International Orders: Please allow 2 - 10 working days for international shipping.

When placing your sissae.com order, please take into consideration that we ship orders Monday through Friday. Payment confirmation received on weekends and holidays will be checked on the next business day.

Please allow 1 day after payment confirmation for us to check your payment, do quality control of your merchandise, and pack your order before we ship them on the next day.

We will deliver your purchased item(s) once we have received invoiced full amount transfer.

PLEASE NOTE: We're unable to ship if problems occurred regarding the payment. You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched with tracking information.

Monday to Friday                                        : 10.00-15.00 (GMT +7)

Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday            : No Shipment

 

SHIPPING FEE

  • Please refer to Lion Parcel & JNE for domestic rates.

  • International rates may change based on exchanged rate. Shipping cost will appear together with your total after check out.

Please note : Our shipping rate is based on volume weight as every package from our webstore are send out in special packaging to keep the dress in good condition

 

SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTIONS

  • We do not responsible in risk of loss of the merchandise after courier delivers to the address.

  • We do not take responsibility if courier can't deliver the package in time do to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address. Please check your AWB shipping code in the 'Track Order' links at the top of the page and call customer service to deal with the problem.

  • Free shipping will be given if there are mistakes on order(s).

 

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT

Once your order has been shipped via our assign carriers, you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking information. Your tracking information can also be found by logging into your account and viewing your orders history.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE

We believe that customer satisfaction is the best service we can provide. We want you to love shopping online as much as we do, and we understand when something arrives and doesn't meet your expectations. If something isn't right, please fill in Return & exchange form to proceed your request and we'll do our best to fix it!

Kindly be noted that we only accept return or refund for items with manufacturing mistakes and items with sizes.

  • You have 7 days from the day we sent out the package to contact us

  • The items have to be in perfect condition and internal labels must be intact

  • Returns & Exchanges are only for size exchange and manufactory fault
