ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED IN INDONESIA?

Yes all of our product are originally design by SISSAE and manufactured in Jakarta by our qualified and well trained team. All of the embroidery and chinese knot button are hand made to bring you a high quality Qipao. However we mainly use imported fabric and material.

HOW TO MEASURE THE PRODUCT SIZE?

WILL OUR SOLD OUT ITEMS BACK IN STOCK?

Usually once the item sold out, we won’t produce anymore. But if the product is highly demanded by the customer we would reconsider. Click the "Notify Me" link to get updates of the product you would like to be re-stock.

DO YOU HAVE PHYSICAL STORE WHERE I CAN VISIT?

DO I NEED TO SIGN UP AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?

Yes, setting up an account will allow you to order without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us, and will give you benefits such as order tracking, regular newsletters, special discount and membership program.

DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS PAYMENT?

Yes, you can pay using your Credit Card (Visa & Master) via Veritrans, trusted payment platform.

CAN I PURCHASE FROM OVERSEAS?

Yes, we do ship overseas by DHL

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can not cancel your order after submitting. Please do review your shopping bag before submitting an order.

CAN I ADD AN ITEM TO MY ORDER AFTER I SUBMIT AN ORDER?

Unfortunately not, you will need to place a new order for anything else that you want to purchase.

WHY ARE MY ORDER CANCELLED?

Maximum payment for an order is 2x24 hrs after order have been placed. If payment has not been completed after the time limit, the order will be canceled automatically.

CAN I GET MY ORDER EARLIER THAN THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?

Unfortunately you can't. Because we need time to check your payment, quality control and pack your order.

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE RECEIVE THE PACKAGE BUT THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE PRODUCT?

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO IF I'VE COMPLETED MY PAYMENT BUT HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE PACKAGE AFTER OVER THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?

Please do not forget to confirm your payment through the website after completing the payment. If you haven't confirm until the time limit, then your order will be canceled.
